Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service using effective communication skills and resolving any customer concerns.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and invoicing.
  • Conduct inventory audits as needed.
  • Maintain reports on route vehicles, including safety inspections and overall appearance.
  • Participate in daily account collections with the Route Service Manager and assist with Accounts Receivable collections.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and language skills.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, route sales, delivery, or entrepreneurial roles is preferred.
