Job Opportunity at Brothers Bar & Grill

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Brothers Bar & Grill in Lincoln, NE. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • Available to work up to 30 hours per week
  • Minimum of one year bartending experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and poise
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, and solid work ethic
  • Willingness to learn, expand responsibilities, and have fun on the job
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
