Talent4Health is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse for a local contract nursing opportunity in California.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to join our team as a contract nurse in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives
- Meet the requirements for a local contract nursing position
Requirements:
- Three years of recent RN experience working in an RN role
- At least two years of recent RN experience working in a specialty area
- 50+ Bed ED unit experience
- All required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI)
- Managing Assaultive Behavior (MAB) or Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification
