About the Role:

As a CT Technologist with OrthoArizona, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality images that help our orthopedic and sports medicine specialists diagnose and treat patients. Your expertise will be essential in preparing patients for exams, selecting the right technical parameters, and ensuring that images are of consistently good quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality images that meet the standards of the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) CT Accreditation program
Prepare and position patients accurately for exams
Select the right anatomic and technical parameters to produce cross-sectional images of the body
Perform patient pre-screening, scheduling, and education related to the examination
Accurately enter and monitor patient data, transfer images from device to practice picture archive and communication system (PACS), and appropriate Radiology services

Requirements:

High school education or equivalent
Graduate of an accredited radiology or accredited CT program
ARRT licensure as an x-ray technologist or other required state licensure (if applicable)
ARRT registry in CT or equivalent work experience in computerized axial tomography
Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

One (1) year experience as a CT Technologist
