Key Responsibilities- Evaluate students' abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions in a dynamic school environment
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
- Provide guidance and support to teachers on strategies for supporting students with disabilities
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active Illinois OT License
- Previous experience working with children in a school-based setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
