Infinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance our nursing team within the Float Pool. In this role, you will have the chance to positively impact the lives of patients while enjoying a flexible work schedule and competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate documentation for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and support teams to coordinate services and activities.
- Administer prescribed medications and verify medication records.
- Evaluate patient care plans and provide guidance to nursing staff.
- Design and implement programs and procedures aimed at delivering high-quality care.
- Engage in facility evaluations and surveys.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a nursing degree and a valid LPN license.
- Familiarity with nursing standards and regulations.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems.
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of patient care information.
