About the JobAs a pool maintenance professional with Midwest Pool Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our clients' pools. This is a seasonal position that requires working variable hours, including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain equipment and chemical stock at each pool location
- Test and balance swimming pool water chemistry
- Clean pools using authorized equipment
- Backwash all pool filters
- Report any issues or faulty equipment to management
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (50 lbs. or more)
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
