We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an AP Billing Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices while adhering to departmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor workflow and obtain additional approvals for extra charges
  • Help transition to a new process due to software implementation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Assist with vendor inquiries and review and reconcile statements received
  • Complete tasks within allotted timeframe
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree (Economics, Accounting or Finance) preferred
  • Accounting background or relevant coursework
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Strong typing skills, including 10-key
  • Proficient professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytic skills, accuracy, and attention to details
