Barista

Scooter's Coffee is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products.

• Greet and connect with each customer, welcoming questions and seeking opportunities to educate on our products.
• Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary products, and merchandise to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures, and process payments in a timely and friendly fashion.
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines, delivering products within established speed of service guidelines.
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment, optimizing workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas, demonstrating genuine appreciation to each customer.
