Clinical Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Supervisor for our Tavares, FL area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Medicare Home Health management and a proven track record of compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of clinical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, including OASIS and PDGM.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure and Medicare Home Health management experience.
  • Excellent understanding of state and federal regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
