Job Summary

The Guest Service Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
  • Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location, practicing proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously, assisting guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries, providing information about outlets, meeting rooms, and/or amenities of the facility.
  • Deliver messages, items, and/or guest amenities as requested, shuttling guests to approved locations.
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival, issuing claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collecting claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys.
  • Consistently complete and maintain all ticket information, including key tag, guest folio, location of vehicle, damage survey, and claim check receipt from all vehicles taken into the valet system.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
  • One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Working Conditions and Physical Demands

The Guest Service Associate will work outdoors for extended periods, including up to the entire duration of the shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
