Job Title: Chef | Part-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Grayson Place in Denison, TX. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, presenting high-quality meals, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen management, including food ordering, receiving, and inventory
  • Prepare and plate food to meet individual resident dietary needs
  • Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards
  • Manage resident food preferences and feedback
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of culinary experience
  • Experience with dining services in a Chef, Cook, Sous Chef, or Dietary Aide role preferred
  • ServSafe Managers Certificate (obtain within 90 days of employment)
  • Possess a High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrate understanding of state sanitation codes
