Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for curating memorable experiences for our guests and developing your skills in a variety of areas across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end.
  • Create coffee moments by sharing your knowledge, our coffee, and our sustainability practices with guests.
  • Be a coffee and tea expert, bringing passion and knowledge to every interaction.
  • Generate new guests and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Care about safety and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
