We are seeking qualified and compassionate caregivers to join our team at HomeCentris Healthcare, a leading homecare agency in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

As a caregiver with our Personal Care division, you will have the opportunity to provide dynamic service to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our clients require assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and we are looking for dedicated professionals to support them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with ADLs and IADLs as instructed by the Nurse Case Manager and the client-specific care plan.
  • Provide support with bathing and personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, eating, mobility, and toileting.
  • Assist with meal preparation and planning, light housekeeping, errands, accompaniment to appointments, and communication support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Case Manager.
