Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Recruiter to build and scale our talent acquisition function at our US site. As the first US-based HR team member, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, establish hiring infrastructure, manage high-volume recruitment, and drive fast-paced processes.

In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, manage pipeline management, and ensure exceptional candidate experience. You will source top talent through multiple channels, focusing on collections, retail, and customer service backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for our call center
  • Own full-cycle recruitment, ensuring exceptional candidate experience
  • Source top talent through multiple channels
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Prior experience working at or for companies with accounts receivable operations and/or call centers (advantageous).
  • Strong data-driven expertise and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes.
  • Proven comfortability working in an extremely high-growing, fast-paced technology business.
  • Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting efforts.
