Job Title: Registered Nurse - Float Pool

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Float RN, you will have the opportunity to work in different dialysis facilities, providing high-quality care to patients suffering from end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered care to patients with ESRD, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in renal care.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or three-year diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Previous dialysis experience preferred.
