About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled LPN Nurse to join our team at Meadows on Fairview TCU in Wyoming, MN. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care and treatments to our residents, while also monitoring the work and performance of unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
  • Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
  • Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Requirements:

  • MN LPN licensure
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
  • 0-1 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • MS Office, Excel, and Word
  • Point Click Care knowledge
