Internship Details

This internship offers a 40-hour workweek with regular educational and networking opportunities. You will have the chance to work in various locations, including Rochester General Hospital, Unity Hospital, Newark Wayne Community Hospital, Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic, and United Memorial Medical Center.

Responsibilities

  • Rotating through anesthesia, surgical case prep, sterile technique, surgical scrub, donning & doffing of sterile scrub attire, surgical instruments, and sterilization

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills
  • Enrollment in an accredited Surgical Technology program

Work Environment

This position requires medium work and frequent walking, standing, or squatting. The pay range is $19.00 per hour.
