Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Novozen Healthcare. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic intervention to individuals in a rehab environment, maintaining accurate records, and reporting billing information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment planning, in accordance with facility and Medicare policies.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of records in regard to patient care.
  • Report and interpret treatment results, and participate in development and presentation of in-services for the facility.
  • Supervise support personnel and perform clinical functions, including screens, evaluations, and delivery of treatment.
  • Participate in meetings regarding patient care and assist with community education and public relations activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Certification in accordance with the requirements of the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
  • Licensed by the State in the designated geographic area in his/her respective therapy profession.
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform tasks without posing a threat to the health or safety of him/herself or others.

Working Conditions:

The Speech Language Pathologist will float between Villa Pueblo and Progressive Care Center in Canyon City, providing therapeutic intervention to individuals in a rehab environment.
