Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Teller to join our team at the Pahrump branch. As a Teller, you'll be responsible for processing transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell bank products. Key Responsibilities
  • Process debit and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide a variety of services to clients, including account maintenance and loan payments
  • Identify and address client needs, resolving issues through direct action or referral
  • Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs
Requirements
  • Some experience in cashiering, customer service, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, and banking principles
  • Solid balancing and customer service skills
