Job Summary

At Timberlyn Lighting Inc., we are seeking a skilled Lighting Technician to join our team. As a Lighting Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of various lighting fixtures and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain various light fixtures, including lamps, ballasts, and other lighting components.
  • Electrical Systems: Assemble and install lighting retrofit kits, ensuring all electrical systems are functioning properly.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare work sites for installation, including cleaning up and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory supplies, including ordering and stocking materials as needed.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor, including working on ladders and lift equipment.
Requirements
  • Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively, up to 100% of the time.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, work on their feet for 10-hour days, and be comfortable working on ladders and lift equipment.
  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work off-shifts and weekends as needed.
  • Personal Qualities: Must be hard-working, driven, and responsible, with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug and background screening.
