About Us
We're a leading thrift retailer with over 300 stores across the US, Canada, and Australia, dedicated to reducing waste and promoting sustainability. Our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a second-hand culture. We partner with local non-profit organizations to collect gently used items, which are then sold in our stores to fund their community programs and services.
A Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations
• Managing cash registers, processing transactions, and handling customer payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
