We are seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead our team of masons in commercial brick and block construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed successfully and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of masons in commercial brick and block construction projects, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of masonry tasks, maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the installation of bricks, blocks, and other materials, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, training junior masons on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Manage material procurement and estimate project costs, ensuring accurate budgeting and financial management.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Mason Foreman in brick and block construction, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of commercial masonry techniques, including brick and block selection, installation, and finishing.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, with a strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of masons.
