The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinician - North IIC to provide in-community counseling services to youth and families in New Jersey. This role involves:

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing short-term counseling to youth and families in home or community settings.
  • Monitoring case progress towards goal achievement.
  • Practicing sound clinical and case management judgement.
  • Completing case paperwork as per agency expectations.
  • Documenting all necessary information in electronic health records (EHR) thoroughly and promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in a related discipline (e.g., psychology, social work).
  • Valid/current professional licensure in NJ (LSW/LCSW/LAC/LPC).
  • Strong working knowledge of computers.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social services.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Flexibility with change, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask.
