Auction Inventory Specialist
Nellis Auction is a leading provider of auctioning services, with 6 locations across the US. We pride ourselves on honesty, integrity, & hard work. As an Inventory Processor, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate auction listings for our customers. This exciting opportunity requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and location. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, sick pay, holiday pay, paid parental leave, medical, dental and vision benefits, and a 401(k) with 4% match after one year of employment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process inbound inventory to create accurate auction listings
  • Take photos, gather product information, and assess item condition
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Ability to stand all-day and work in extreme temperatures
  • Basic computer skills (proficient typing, 'shortcut' controls, Internet browsing)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of inventory control experience preferred
