About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team at Moe's Southwest Grill.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses, promoting excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring efficient scheduling and payroll management.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer experience, driving repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of restaurant experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
