Job Title and Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide leadership, compliance, quality control, and communication with all the customers' plant employees.

You will be responsible for providing inventory and estimation of ink needs, including ordering and batch ticket work-off program management.

As our on-site press-side technical expert, you will troubleshoot complex press-related processes and serve as the communication link between Sun Chemical and the customer.

You will supervise 3-4 inplant technicians and work closely with the customer and CTS Rep. on development projects and process improvement projects.

Essential Job Functions

Maintain detailed production and QC records.

Provide strong press-side technical service, troubleshoot problems, and provide detailed and consistent technical reporting.

Maintain monthly and weekly reporting to CTS and Sales organization.

Maintain housekeeping and safe operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook and dispensing and color match software.

5+ years industry experience.

This is a customer-facing position that requires a high degree of interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills.
