Job Overview

Shift Timing: 1st Shift 7 AM - 3:30 PM

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, cook, and combine ingredients according to established recipes for packaging purposes.
  • Adhere to processes and standards set by the quality assurance team.
  • Guarantee timely and accurate production of batches for efficient packaging.
  • Lead and execute Cleaning in Place (CIP) and Cleaning Out of Place (COP) procedures.
  • Safely operate all necessary equipment for each production stage, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
  • Follow precise formulas to ensure product consistency.
  • Oversee and manage pre-measured ingredients.
  • Coordinate with other department leaders to adjust batch schedules as required.
  • Conduct tests and monitor production processes for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to evaluate sample products.
  • Communicate any issues or challenges with batches that may impact production timelines.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to address mechanical issues and ensure timely submission of work orders.
  • Uphold product safety by strictly following sanitation and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs (physically demanding role).
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Basic mathematical skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
