Job Description:

This role combines technical expertise with project management skills. The successful candidate will oversee customer deliverables, develop and install automation programs, and ensure required certifications for client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the TTS Project Manager to set tasks and communicate milestones to both parties.
• Supervise and direct field technicians in the absence of the TTS PM.
• Work peer-to-peer with the Project Manager to achieve client goals.
• Develop and install machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
• Troubleshoot system errors and oversee the successful installation of PLC programs.
• Document the final sequence of operations and provide technical support to clients.

Certifications:
The Senior Programmer is responsible for achieving any necessary PLC, HMI, Robot, VFD, or Safety certification for Thermo-Trol client projects.

Requirements:
• High school diploma.
• Five years' experience in Industrial Automation and Controls.
• A college degree is desired but not required.
