Job Title: Geotechnical Principal

We are seeking a highly experienced Geotechnical Principal to join our team at ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC. As a key member of our geotechnical team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and supporting our geotechnical staff in the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and support to geotechnical staff in the development of project proposals and technical reports.
  • Host or attend project meetings with clients and ECS staff to provide technical solutions and support.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Participate in the review committee for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation.
  • Oversee projects, perform technical report reviews, prepare and review proposals, and assist with management of the department and P&L.
  • Lead and coach junior staff members to ensure their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar.
  • 12 years of related experience.
  • Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in each state where you work.
