We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Operations Engineer to join our Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex initiatives, providing high-level systems consultation, and collaborating with technical peers to resolve systems support issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead broad impact initiatives, including provision of high-level systems consultation for technology teams
  • Work as a key participant in large-scale planning of computer systems and network infrastructure for Systems Operations functional area
  • Review and analyze complex technical challenges, as well as escalated support issues related to core business solutions
  • Make decisions on technical changes and enhancements
  • Consult with engineering teams on change design, requiring a solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
  • Collaborate and consult with technical peers, colleagues, and mid-to-more experienced level managers to resolve systems support issues and achieve goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of experience with automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • Desired qualifications include 4+ years of application production support experience, 3+ years of JAVA or.NET support experience, and 3+ years of Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Linux or UNIX server support experience
