Concessions Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Concessions Cashier to join our team at the Xcel Energy Center. As a Concessions Cashier, you will be responsible for performing cashiering duties, including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. You will also be responsible for maintaining sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining room facilities.

• Perform sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Make change, accept declining balance cards, and other acceptable forms of payment; issue receipts to customers.
• Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
• Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring that the cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Observe customer purchases in the cafe line and differentiate between standard portions.
• Replenish condiments, coffee, other beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Keep pastry case stocked.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
