About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at TTEC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and future customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue quotas and grow customer relationships
  • Provide professional customer service to commercial, public sector, or consumer customers
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, negotiate and close deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
