Job Title: Bakery Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bakery Management Specialist to lead our team in creating exceptional cakes, delivering a warm and welcoming environment, and providing an outstanding guest experience.

The ideal candidate will share leadership responsibilities with the Bakery Manager, driving sales and profitability, executing daily tasks, and ensuring all bakery operations meet our high standards. Main Responsibilities:
  1. Prioritize the guest experience, model superior engagement, and foster a positive work environment.
  2. Partner with the Bakery Manager in leading aspects of the guest experience, cake production, brand presentation, work environment, P&L management, and inventory control.
  3. Support the Bakery Manager in recruiting, selecting, and training team members, directing daily responsibilities, and providing performance feedback and coaching.
  4. Ensure our product, service, bakery environment, and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld and that all bakery operations adhere to food and health safety standards and our policies and procedures.
  5. Assist the Bakery Manager in executing operational and administrative responsibilities, including productivity goal setting, team scheduling, supply ordering, sales and labor reporting, basic accounting, and expense control.
  6. Co-manage special-order fulfillment via web and email for individual guests and corporate accounts, as well as large, complex orders and deliveries.
  7. Contribute to marketing strategy execution in the local community by coordinating and participating in special events.
