We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and helping customers find the products they need.
Salary Range
The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $15.00 to $26.00, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include walking up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders, reviewing customer orders, locating and selecting merchandise on the sales floor, and dispensing customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions. You will also be required to maintain a safe and clean shopping environment, restock shelves, and perform other duties as needed.
