Salary: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience. Plus, uncapped commission up to 15% of total sales based on performance.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Tanning Consultant to join our team. As a Tanning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning, and ensuring that all company and legal requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
