Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Process Technician to lead our production team and ensure the efficient operation of our production equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, implementing company policies and procedures, and communicating effectively with team members and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to shop safety rules and housekeeping standards.
  • Coordinate daily cell functions to ensure efficient operation of production equipment and maintain product quality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Implement company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Complete job-related reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential problems with machinery, molds, and process criteria, and make recommendations for repair or improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment problems that contribute to downtime, inefficiency, and scrap.
  • Develop a team spirit with employees and temporary personnel, and motivate each individual to achieve maximum performance.
  • Maintain setup sheets and log process changes on jobs during production.
  • Direct employees and contract personnel from other departments as required.
