Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in charrettes with stakeholders to drive design discussions
  • Lead parti's and pin-ups with team members to ensure design consensus
  • Present innovative solutions to clients by collaborating with architectural experts, landscape architects, interior designers, and planners
  • Promote socially and environmentally responsible design practices through respectful and informed discussions with clients
  • Make informed decisions in evaluation, selection, and use of standard architectural techniques and problem-solving
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to reach design consensus and organize project and document production
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe, and communication systems like Microsoft Teams
  • Mastery of building and accessibility codes and regulatory standards
  • Firm understanding of engineering systems, equipment, technology requirements, and detailing
  • Strong foundation of knowledge in architecture
