Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of the service area, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that help the dealership leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure no customer is overlooked.
  • Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently allocated to service customers.
  • Efficiently distribute work among technicians.
