Key Responsibilities:- Monitor swimmers and aquatic areas to prevent accidents and ensure safety.
- Respond to emergencies, performing water rescues, administering CPR, and providing first aid as needed.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent unsafe behavior and ensure a safe environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and answering their questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Teach swimming lessons and water safety classes to kids and adults, promoting confidence and water enthusiasm.
- Work collaboratively with the aquatics team to maintain a clean and organized pool area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest safety protocols and best practices.
- Current lifeguard certification (we can guide you on how to obtain one if needed).
- CPR and first aid certification.
- Strong swimming skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
