IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Help Desk professional to join our team at EnCompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc.
As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our underlying infrastructure, network support, and mobile scanners & printers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and support underlying infrastructure for Encompass
- Provide network support and mobile scanners & printers
- Set up inexperienced users and assist end-users with password changes
- Troubleshoot shipping and receiving stations
- Analyze and perform equipment repairs
- Support new user setup and troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Aid in password changes and resets
- Field support tickets in JIRA Service Desk
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator
- Passionate about technology and demonstrate vast knowledge of working in computers, hardware troubleshooting, and Windows Desktop operating systems including MS Office
- Exceptional understanding of TeamViewer, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and basic Networking topologies
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in our Lawrenceville, GA distribution center
