Job Summary:

Liberty Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Support residents with oral hygiene, including denture care, as needed.
  • Accurately document patient care records, including intake and output.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the charge nurse.
  • Collaborate with the charge nurse to ensure resident needs are met and treatments are administered as directed.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be listed in the DFS registry as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Must be willing to care for geriatric patients and demonstrate a genuine concern for their well-being.
  • Must be able to receive, understand, and follow orders.
  • Must be willing to attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.
