Position Overview:

Are you looking for exciting and dynamic job opportunities in some of the finest mountain resorts? Consider becoming a Bartender at our establishment. If you have a flair for crafting cocktails and serving exquisite wines and refreshing beers, this role is tailored for you. By becoming part of our team, you will acquire diverse skills in a vibrant work atmosphere. Regardless of your specific duties, you will contribute to creating an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests and fellow staff by embodying our core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $12.89 /hour + tips
    • If hired into a tipped role, guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips.
  • Availability: Full Time and Part Time, including Weekends and Holidays.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level and above.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with guests and fellow team members.
  • Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines as discussed in daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages according to specifications.
  • Set up the bar for successful operations throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation during and after shifts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all essential training to ensure safe execution of your responsibilities.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, and to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.

The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This reflects the compensation we expect to offer for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
