Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at DARCARS Automotive Group. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our collision center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Manage the switchboard and communicate with callers in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Take thorough messages and communicate them to all appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Perform clerical duties and accounting duties as assigned by the controller or GSM.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with both customers and DARCARS employees.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to speak clearly and pleasantly on the telephone and convey the image of professionalism and competence to callers and in-person customers.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment screen (background).
