Virtual Nurse

The Virtual Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care with collaboration from the bedside nurse through two-way audio-visual technology and monitoring data through specialized software.
This position assists in coaching and mentoring department staff in areas of clinical and professional practice, including admission history, medication double checks, medication reconciliation, and pain reassessment.
Work EnvironmentAvera McKennan Hospital is a multidisciplinary team built on teamwork, compassion, and the goal of Moving Health Forward for patients.
We offer a competitive pay package, including a salary range of $32.00 - $46.50 per hour, as well as free health insurance and options for career growth opportunities.
In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we provide student loan repayment assistance and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for eligible applicants.
Education and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- a graduate degree from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (or an approved nursing program)
- a minimum of 1 year of Acute Care Inpatient experience
