Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Hermiston, Oregon. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, provide high-quality care, and collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary conditions, including reviewing medical history and performing physical exams.
- Analyze test results, including pulmonary function tests (PFTs), arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, chest X-rays, and sleep studies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with respiratory issues, collaborating with physicians as needed.
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, pulmonary rehabilitation, and airway clearance techniques.
- Provide emergency respiratory care to patients experiencing respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, or other life-threatening situations.
Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must possess:
- A valid Respiratory Therapy license.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:

- $120,000 per year, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
