Roofing Specialist

Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians is seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team of independent contractors. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess damage and provide accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct roof inspections to identify damage and assess the extent of repairs needed
• Use technology to document findings and complete inspection reports
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters to provide clear and concise information
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and a vehicle suitable for transporting equipment
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and navigate steep and high roofs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Technical ability to complete inspections and documentation
• HAAG Certification is a plus
