Jared Burns-Coffin - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated professional to join their team as a Customer Service Manager. This role plays a crucial part in helping the agency grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experience.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual income for this position ranges from $55,000 to $80,000, depending on performance. As an Agent Team Member, you will enjoy benefits such as 401K, hourly pay plus commission/bonus, health benefits, paid time off, and valuable experience.
Job Description
- Establish strong customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
Requirements
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred.
- An interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), and a people-oriented approach.
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Able to learn computer functions and proud of getting work done accurately and timely.
- A Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and a Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Availability to work Monday through Friday.
