Pharmacy Support Specialist

Responsibilities include:
- Picking, delivering, and refilling medications for automated dispensing machines.
- Preparing unit dose medication and compounded preparations according to protocols.
- Supporting customers outside the pharmacy department.
- Transferring inventory items between locations.
Requirements include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
- Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in Massachusetts and national certification.
- Advanced certifications or a certificate program demonstrating advanced competency are highly preferred.
