Job Title: Prep/Pantry Cook

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prep/Pantry Cook to join our team at Andiamo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving as directed by our Chef and other team members.
  • Identify and properly store different types of foods, including meats, seafood, produce, and grocery items.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn our recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Respect and maintain knowledge of all cooking equipment, tools, and vessels.
  • Understand correct cooking times and temperatures.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of allergies and cross-contamination.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
